Please note:

• Fund Flare is not a lender, broker, or credit issuer.

• We do not provide credit, loans, or financial products.

• We do not offer credit repair services or debt settlement programs.

Our role is limited to advising clients on how to navigate credit markets, prepare applications, and understand lender criteria. All credit decisions are made solely by third-party financial institutions and are beyond our control.

2. No Guarantees of Credit Outcomes

Fund Flare makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding:

• Approval for any credit product.

• The amount of credit a client may obtain.

• Specific interest rates, terms, or credit limits.

• Improvements to credit scores or credit profiles.

Any examples, testimonials, or success stories shared by Fund Flare represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed results.

All credit approvals are subject to the independent evaluation and discretion of third-party lenders.

3. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Fund Flare does not provide financial advice, legal counsel, tax advice, or investment recommendations. All information provided by Fund Flare—whether through consultations, written materials, or this website—is for general educational purposes only.

Clients are encouraged to consult with:

• A licensed financial advisor for financial planning decisions.

• A certified public accountant (CPA) for tax matters.

• A qualified attorney for legal concerns.

Engaging with Fund Flare does not create a fiduciary, legal, or financial advisor relationship.

4. Fees and Compensation

Fund Flare charges fees for its consulting and advisory services. Depending on the specific engagement, fees may be structured as:

• Upfront Fees: Payment required prior to the commencement of services, covering advisory work, strategic guidance, and educational resources.

• Contingent Fees: In certain cases, fees may be partially or fully contingent upon the completion of defined services, such as assisting with application submissions or meeting specific service milestones.

All fees:

• Will be clearly disclosed in writing prior to service engagement.

• Are charged solely for consulting services, not for access to credit or financial products.

• Are independent of any terms, fees, or decisions made by third-party lenders.

Fund Flare may maintain professional relationships with certain financial institutions or service providers, but clients retain full discretion in selecting any third-party services. These relationships do not influence the independent nature of our consulting services.

5. Refund Policy

We are committed to fair and reasonable resolution of client concerns.

Clients may request a refund if:

• They have actively participated in the program and followed the guidance provided.

• They believe services were not delivered in accordance with the written agreement.

• The request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the initial payment.

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Outcomes tied to lender decisions.

• Failure to engage with the process.

• Services that have been substantially rendered.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@fundflare.com and will be reviewed within 10 business days.
